What follows is an excerpt from an actual conversation going on just out side my office door right this second.
"Brittany": So, um, what are you getting Mike for Christmas?
"Lindsay": God. I don't know. I need to get something but, like, I really don't know what he wants. Can you get someone, like, a gift certificate for, like, a tattoo?
B: I don't know. But, like, I bet you totally can.
L: What are you getting Tristan?
B: A bong. But, like, I'm lucky. He's really easy to shop for.
Hee.

For the record, yes you can buy a gift certificate for a tattoo. That's exactly what I got my brother for Christmas.
